FAST DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via either Australia Post eParcel or TNT national courier, giving the security of registered post and the convenience of being able to track your parcel. Simply follow the link to Australia Post website http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ or TNT online http://www.tnt.com/express/en_au/site/home.html enter your consignment details (found on your order confirmation/goods shipped notice) and track your parcels progress.
Orders placed before 12pm will usually be dispatched same day (excluding weekends) either by Australia Post eParcel or National Courier. We aim to dispatch all orders received within 24 hours. If for any reason a product is out of stock you will be notified.

Payment of your Mobility Scooter. - Please be aware that we do not accept credit card payments for Mobility Scooters. Credit Card payments received for Mobility Scooter purchases will be refunded. We can accept payment for scooters by Bank cheque, Personal Cheque (please be aware that orders will not be processed until payment has cleared) or Bank Deposit. Bank details for Direct Deposit are supplied at checkout.
