CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU WANT
If you are unable to find the products you want on this website, you can contact us by email on sales@bmhealthcare.com.au  and we will do our very best to locate it for you or recommend a suitable alternative. We are happy to help!

SHOPPING

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH A FULL TAX INVOICE

Browse our online store using the categories on the left hand menu, click on an item you want to view and then add the item to your shopping basket. The number of items and cost will be displayed in Your Cart on the right hand side of the top bar. When you have finished, click the checkout button and enter your username and password for returning customers or the register button for new customers.  Alternatively, if you do not wish to register, you can proceed through the express checkout.  Once you have entered all the relevent details you will be directed to choose your preferred payment option.

EWAY is our secure payment gateway for credit card payments via the website.  We accept Visa or Mastercard.  Card details are not stored by
us.

PAYPAL 
PayPal offers a secure payment method for Visa, Mastercard, Echeque or Bank Deposit.  Simply select Paypal at the checkout and you will be directed briefly to our checkout area at the PayPal website.

TELEPHONE OR POST
 
If you would prefer to pay over the telephone or by post, then shop as normal but print your order at checkout before completion, then either call us with your surname and order number or post your order to us enclosing payment.  We will dispatch your order upon receipt of cleared payment. 

BANK DEPOSIT
 
If you would prefer, you can pay by Direct Bank Deposit.  Bank details are at the checkout, please use your Surname and Order ID number as reference when sending payment.


OUR GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and so offer a 10 Day satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods unused and in their original packaging (incontinence products must be in their original sealed packaging) within 10 days for a refund of the purchase price (less postage and a small restocking fee).  Postage and return postage are not covered by this refund guarantee.  Due to the nature of some of our products, any incontinence items that have been opened or used will not be refunded.  All returns must be notified to the office for authorisation prior to return.  Please telephone 07 3408 2000 for return authorisation.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SIZES CAREFULLY AS INCONTINENCE UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE. 

WARRANTIES
All products sold are covered by the manufacturers warranties.  For more warranty details, please contact one of our friendly sales team on 07 3408 2000

Payment of your Mobility Scooter. -  Please be aware that Mobility Scooters can only be paid for by Direct Deposit either through the bank or Paypal.  We do not accept credit card payments for Mobility Scooters.  Credit Card payments received for Mobility Scooter purchases will be refunded.  Bank details for Direct Deposit are supplied at checkout.
